Under Armour Navy Notre Dame Fighting Irish x Lou Holtz T Shirt
Few college football programs carry the history of Notre Dame, and fewer coaches left a mark like Lou Holtz. This navy Under Armour shirt brings those two threads together in one casual piece, pairing the Fighting Irish look with a nod to the coach who defined an era in South Bend. The deep navy backdrop keeps the team graphics front and center, while the overall design stays easy to wear beyond the stadium. It’s a fitting pick for alumni, longtime fans, students, and anyone who appreciates college football heritage. At $35.00, it works as a straightforward addition to a fan wardrobe or a thoughtful gift for someone who follows the Irish.
Product Overview
This shirt is built around a classic navy color scheme that anchors the Notre Dame Fighting Irish identity. The graphics are the main event, giving the piece a sport-driven look that reads clearly whether you’re at a tailgate, watching from the couch, or moving through a normal day. Because the design leans on team colors and bold lettering rather than busy patterns, it fits naturally into a casual wardrobe. It pairs well with denim, shorts, and athletic bottoms, and it layers comfortably under a hoodie or jacket when the weather turns. For fans who collect Notre Dame gear or who follow the program’s coaching history, the Lou Holtz theme gives this shirt a specific story that sets it apart from a standard team tee.
Design & Style
The visual strength of this shirt comes from contrast: a dark navy base that lets the Fighting Irish graphics do the talking. That combination keeps the look sharp without feeling loud, so it moves easily from game-day settings to everyday errands. Styling is simple. Wear it with dark jeans and sneakers for a clean casual outfit, or pair it with shorts and a cap for warmer weekends. It also works as a layering piece under an open flannel, zip-up, or lightweight jacket when you want the graphics to peek through. As part of a TShirtCustom lineup, it suits shoppers who like team-themed shirts that feel personal to a program and its history. The Lou Holtz reference adds a layer that longtime Notre Dame followers will pick up on right away, making it a conversation piece as much as a wardrobe staple.

The artwork is beautiful! I was a little nervous about ordering a item online but it arrived safely and looks fantastic.
I normally wear a large and ordered large. Fits exactly right, not too tight and not too baggy.
Really cute design and I wanted to love it, but the print placement seems slightly off center on mine. Not super noticeable unless you’re looking closely.
Ordered this as a random surprise for my husband and apparently I picked well because he’s worn it like 4 times already ??
Smaller than I pictured in my head but that’s on me for not checking the measurements ?? Still really cute though.
