Maryland x Grateful Dead Tee: Steal Your Face With a Local Twist
Some shirts are just shirts, and some carry a little more personality. This Maryland x Grateful Dead tee falls into the second group, pairing the instantly recognizable Steal Your Face imagery with Maryland-inspired artwork for a look that speaks to both band fans and locals. It is a graphic T-shirt built around a strong central design, the kind you reach for on a concert night, a weekend out, or a relaxed day when you want your outfit to say something without much effort. At $35.00, it sits comfortably as a casual addition to a music-themed wardrobe or a gift for someone who enjoys classic rock-inspired style.
Product Overview
The shirt is defined by its graphic front, which draws on Grateful Dead Steal Your Face styling while adding a Maryland angle. That combination gives it a distinct visual character compared with a standard band tee. The overall aesthetic is casual and expressive, suited to everyday wear rather than formal occasions. It fits easily into a rotation of graphic tees, and it can be styled on its own or layered under an open button-down or light jacket. For fans who collect band apparel or anyone who likes shirts with a story behind the artwork, this piece has clear appeal. It also works well as a gift for a friend or family member who follows the band or has a connection to Maryland.

Design & Style
Visually, the shirt leans on the contrast between familiar Grateful Dead iconography and Maryland-themed details. That pairing makes it a conversation piece without feeling loud. Styling is straightforward: wear it with dark jeans and sneakers for a classic casual look, pair it with shorts in warmer weather, or use it as a base layer under an open flannel or denim jacket. Because the design is the focal point, simple bottoms and minimal accessories let the graphic do the talking. The shirt sits within the ShirtCustom category, which makes it a natural fit for shoppers browsing custom and themed graphic shirts. Whether you are building a collection of band tees or looking for one standout piece, the design gives it a specific identity rather than a generic look.

The artwork is beautiful! I was a little nervous about ordering a item online but it arrived safely and looks fantastic.
I normally wear a large and ordered large. Fits exactly right, not too tight and not too baggy.
Really cute design and I wanted to love it, but the print placement seems slightly off center on mine. Not super noticeable unless you’re looking closely.
Ordered this as a random surprise for my husband and apparently I picked well because he’s worn it like 4 times already ??
Smaller than I pictured in my head but that’s on me for not checking the measurements ?? Still really cute though.
