A Provocative Piece of 1970s Cinema
Some films spark debate the moment they arrive, and Ken Russell’s The Devils did exactly that. This vintage-style movie poster brings that rebellious energy to your wall, pairing the film’s bold identity with the unforgettable presence of Vanessa Redgrave and Oliver Reed. The tagline, “Not a Film for Everyone,” is a fitting invitation for viewers who appreciate daring cinema and the conversations it creates. Whether you are a longtime admirer of British filmmaking or simply drawn to striking movie artwork, this poster gives you a way to honor one of the era’s most talked-about releases and add a little cinematic edge to your space.
Product Overview
Designed as a tribute to classic movie advertising, this poster captures the confrontational mood of early seventies art-house cinema. The composition centers on the film’s title and its provocative tagline, with the star billing of Redgrave and Reed anchoring the visual. It carries the look of vintage theatrical promotion, making it feel at home among other film memorabilia or as a standalone statement piece. Display it in a home theater, media room, dorm, office, or hallway, or use it to start a gallery wall themed around cult classics and British cinema. It is also a natural gift choice for film buffs, collectors of vintage posters, and anyone who enjoys movies that push boundaries. At $28.00, it offers an accessible way to bring a piece of film history into your everyday surroundings.
Design & Style
The poster’s visual character comes from its vintage movie-poster styling: bold lettering, a headline that dares the viewer to look closer, and a composition that feels pulled from the era of theatrical one-sheets. That retro aesthetic gives it an authentic, collectible quality that works across many interiors. In a modern apartment, it adds a jolt of personality and a bit of counterculture flavor. In a traditional study or den, it reads as a piece of film history. Framed in black, it takes on a gallery-like presence; grouped with other classic cinema prints, it becomes part of a curated collection. The subject matter makes it especially suited to screening rooms and media spaces, but it can just as easily hang in a hallway, bedroom, or creative workspace where its bold tagline invites conversation.

Care & Use
To keep the poster looking its best, dust it gently with a soft, dry cloth and avoid harsh chemicals or abrasive cleaners. Keep it out of prolonged direct sunlight to help preserve the printed colors, and handle it by the edges to reduce fingerprints. Framing is a simple way to protect the edges and give the artwork a finished, display-ready look.

The artwork is beautiful! I was a little nervous about ordering a item online but it arrived safely and looks fantastic.
I normally wear a large and ordered large. Fits exactly right, not too tight and not too baggy.
Really cute design and I wanted to love it, but the print placement seems slightly off center on mine. Not super noticeable unless you’re looking closely.
Ordered this as a random surprise for my husband and apparently I picked well because he’s worn it like 4 times already ??
Smaller than I pictured in my head but that’s on me for not checking the measurements ?? Still really cute though.
